In 2017, RaeLynn teamed up with Blake Shelton for his Doin' It to Country Songs Tour, and the rising country artist says she learned plenty from Shelton's experience as a performer and his continued mentorship after her stint on The Voice, the TV singing competition on which he is a coach. Next time she hits the road, however, RaeLynn is excited for the "new artist energy" that her tourmates will bring to the stage.

In January, RaeLynn will join Kane Brown for his Live Forever Tour. She's part of a bill that also includes Jimmie Allen, Danielle Bradbery and Granger Smith -- all up-and-coming openers, playing Brown's first-ever headlining arena tour.

"Of course, when I went out with Blake Shelton, you're gonna have that older demographic that's been listening to country music for a long time, and then you're gonna have that newer demographic as well," RaeLynn explains. "But at Kane's shows, I know it's gonna be a really fun, young, party energy.

"Of course, I know we have a few older listeners," she adds, "but a lot of our listeners are younger, so I think that rowdiness is definitely gonna be at these shows."

The "Tailgate" singer adds that she's impressed by Brown's recent move to arenas; she chalks his jump to bigger venues up to strong songs and consistency. "To see someone like him, doing small arenas at 25, is really cool," she goes on to say. "It just goes to show that it's all about the right songs and sticking to your brand, and he's totally done that."

However, there is one area of life in which RaeLynn will have some advice for her tour boss: After nearly three years of marriage, the singer might have some wise words for the newly wedded Brown about juggling a relationship with tour responsibilities.

"My thing to say to him is, 'She's always gonna be right, Kane. Don't ever fight with her,'" RaeLynn adds with a laugh. "She's always right."
