Prometheus – Go See It!

Normally I don't have the opportunity to go to the theatre to see movies, but my wife and I decided we
really wanted to see Prometheus and I'm glad we did!

If you have seen all the "Alien" movies, you might be surprised at this prequel to Alien. This story is supposedly set  many years before Ripley and the Nostromo run into the Alien.

Seeing this movie in 3D was an added bonus that made all the scenes pop. I don't want to spoil your experience by giving you too many details, just suffice it to say that there are some familiar scenes that you'll recognize, and several that you won't see coming. The effects and scenery are massive and foreboding as we've come to expect from the Alien series, and we thought they were fantastic!

The movie starts a little slow, but I did appreciate the set up with enough detail to help keep the rest of the movie easy to follow.
