Pet of the Week – Slade

Slade is an absolutely adorable 7 month old dachshund / chihuahua mix.  This sweet little boy was abandoned at the city's animal shelter.

PAWS took Slade into their adoption program and he is now in a foster home until a permanent adopter is found.  Slade is still a little shy, but he is great with other dogs, he really likes friendly cats and is gentle with children.  Slade is a petite little guy and will likely stay under 10 pounds making him the perfect companion for people looking for an apartment companion.

Slade is available for adoption and his adopting fee includes vaccinations, neuter, heartworm test, microchipping and registration of the chip.
