Nelson McGee Bluegrass Festival

The 9th Nelson McGee Memorial Bluegrass Festival will be on Friday, April 8th and Saturday, April 9th, at the Wells Fargo Pavilion.

Bands featured are: Concho Grass of San Angelo, The Kody Norris Show from Mountain City, Tennessee, Triple L from Portales, New Mexico, Quality Time from Nemo Texas, and The Baker Family from Birch Tree, Missouri.

Friday the doors open at 4 pm for gospel music night. Saturday, doors open at 10 am with music starting at 11am-9:30pm. Tickets are $10.00 for Friday Night, $18.00 for Saturday and $25.00 for both days. Tickets will be available at the door.

Enjoy arts and crafts shopping, a raffle and Silent Auction. There's a free pancake supper on Thursday, April 7th, at the pavilion. Dinner will be served on Friday night,
with lunch & dinner being served on Saturday.

Proceeds will benefit the Concho Valley Home for Girls and Children's Emergency Shelter. The shelter provides children with a stable home when their circumstances leave them without any other suitable living environment.
