Embrace the Cold and Celebrate National Chili Day

It's cold outside, but what better than to celebrate National Chili Day today? This national celebration, always on the 4th Thursday of February.

The Chili Appreciation Society International (CASI) celebrates chili with over 500 CASI charity sanctioned events nationwide each year.

The Concho Valley Chili Pod is the local CASI representative, and their next cookoff will be at the Water Valley Park on March 21st & 22nd to help St Jude Children's Research Hospital. You're invited to come out, judge some great chili, and learn more about chili!
