Here's the latest on delays and closings due to the snow:

DELAYS:

All 1^st Community Federal Credit Union locations will open at 9am.
City of San Angelo offices will open at 10 a.m.
Tom Green County Offices opens at 10:00 a.m.
Garbage collection will not begin until at least 10 a.m.
MHMR Services for the Concho Valley opens at 10 a.m.
YMCA opens 10 a.m.
San Angelo Early Childhood Center opens at 10 a.m.

Closed:
Goodfellow Air Force Base
Activities for all non-essential personnel are canceled

Meals for the Elderly
Kidz are Us Learning Center
TLCA Pre School
Irion County Courthouse
