Sometimes Luke Bryan crashes parties and sometimes he invites someone special to crash his.

Saturday night (March 29) Bryan performed during the very first iHeartRadio Country Festival in Austin, Texas. He began to perform his smash hit 'Crash My Party' then walked down to the front row of the crowd and greeted a beautiful Make-A-Wish child and her mom. Watch as the singer grabs the redheaded girl (about 45 seconds in) and takes her in his arms -- to crash his party. The crowd goes wild as Bryan hops back on the stage with the microphone in one hand and this little girl in the other.

His dance moves don't stop and he spends part of the song serenading the girl before giving her a hug, to the crowd's delight. The 'Play It Again' singer eventually returns the little girl to her mother but not before serenading them both.

The little girl is 6-year-old Sadie Jane Moore of Garrison, Ky. Since birth she’s undergone two open-heart surgeries as she battles hypoplastic left heart syndrome and Jacobsen syndrome. A third surgery is pending, according to the Daily Independent of Ashland, Ky. Sadie was born without a left heart ventricle. Country music was at the heart of her Make-a-Wish wish but she didn't know exactly where she was headed when she left home last week until arriving in Austin.

Other performers at the iHeartRadio Country Festival included Florida Georgia Line, Jason Aldean, Eric Church, Lady Antebellum, Hunter Hayes, Carrie Underwood, Jake Owen and Dan + Shay.
