Local VFW Offers Scholarship Essay Contest

The Veterans of Foreign Wars of America, Fort Concho Post 1815 is offering a Patriot Pen scholarship award.  The essay contest is open to sixth through eighth students. 

Contest rules and entry forms may be picked up at the VFW Post 1815 Meeting Hall, 125 South Browning Street, in San Angelo. 

Entries must be submitted no later than November 1st.
