Ready to learn how to have a "green thumb"? You can this Saturday at the Southside Recreation Center!

From 9-Noon you can learn about Fall gardening, Heirloom Vegetables, and Antique Roses from Agrilife Extension Agent Allison Watkins. The center is located at 2750 Ben Ficklin Road.

Everyone who attends will receive free heirloom vegetable seeds and will get the opportunity to participate in a hands on activity to propagate roses.

Cost is $25.00 per person and refreshments will be available along with the chance to win a door prize.
