Golf Tournament to Benefit the Children’s Advocacy Center
The second annual Golf Tournament to benefit the Children’s Advocacy Center will be held on Monday, November 3, 2014. The tournament is presented by Chilton, Wilcox & Fortenberry and sponsored by A-B Distributing.The tournament takes place at Bentwood Country Club with lunch and registration at 11:30 a.m. followed by a shotgun start at 12:30 p.m. Golfers will be able to enter various games on the course including the Texas Hold-em run, black jack hole, closest to the pin and hole-in-one prizes. Following the tournament, there will be an awards ceremony.
“We hope this year’s event proves to be our best ever and allows us to raise funds for the Children’s Advocacy Center (CAC). We are pleased to partner with Bentwood County Club and our generous sponsors for making our second annual golf tournament possible. Together we are making a difference in the lives of children in our community,” stated Heather Ward, Executive Director for the CAC.
