Give a Pint – Get a Turkey

Everyone who donates at the United Blood Services donation center at 2020 W. Beauregard in San Angelo between Friday, November 18th and Wednesday, November 23rd will get a voucher for a FREE frozen turkey courtesy of HEB!

Help United Blood Services have an adequate supply of blood and its products on hand to save the lives of patients in local hospitals over the long Thanksgiving holiday.  Most blood shortages occur during and after major holidays.

Friday, November 18^th                        8am – 1.30pm
Saturday, November 19^th                    9am – 1.30pm
Monday, November 21^st                     Noon – 6pm
Tuesday, November 22^nd                    Noon – 6pm
Wednesday, November 23^rd               8am – 1.30pm

UBS strongly encourage donors to make appointments to avoid long waiting times.  Donors can call 877-UBS-HERO (877-827-4376) or 325-223-7500 or go online to www.unitedbloodservices.org to schedule an appointment.  While online, complete the health history questionnaire and bring the fast pass with you – expedite your donation process!

Donors must be a least 16 years old, weigh at least 110 pounds and be in good health.  Donors between the ages of 16 and 22 must meet additional height and weight requirements.  16 & 17 year old donors must have a Minor Donor Permit Form signed by a parent or guardian.
