Garage Sales and Sausage Fest This Weekend

Ready to shop until you drop? You have 2 great opportunities this Saturday!

The Water Valley Community Garage Sale will start at 9am. You'll need to stop by the Water Valley Community Center at 15782 Cooper Avenue (next to the High School) and pick up a map of all participating families and locations.

The San Angelo Elks Lodge will have their semiannual garage sale from 8 until Noon at their lodge at 2121 S. Chadbourne. If you would like to donate to this sale which will benefit veteran and youth programs, call 227-6920.

The Miles United Methodist Church’s annual Sausage Festival will be from 11 until 2 at Weatherby Hall. Enjoy smoked sausage with all the trimmings for $8.00 per plate, to go plates are available. Raw & Cooked sausage by the pound will also be available. Raffle tickets for a 50 inch TV and gift cards will also be sold at the event. Call 944-9117 for more information.
