Fort Concho invites all kids to the Fort for 2 summer fun activities next week.

Next Wednesday, June 20th head to the Fort for a look at the medicinal, edible, and useful plants of Texas and find out how pioneers used plants native to our area. You'll also find out how the loss of native plants is affecting our population of butterflies and enjoy crafts projects to take home. Plants & Pioneers will be from 9:30 until noon for ages 6-12 and costs $10.00 per child.

Friday, June 22nd is frontier sports and games day! Kids ages 6-12 will enjoy playing games from the late 19th century. Walk on stilts, roll hoops, and many other frontier games from 9:30 until noon for $10.00 per child.
