Fort Concho Celebrate’s National Cowboy Day Saturday

It all starts at 8 am, with a cowboy breakfast in the Barracks 5-6 Courtyard on Henry O. Flipper Street, in San Angelo.  A $10.00 donation is suggested.  Reservations are recommended. 

Proceeds will help fund the Fort Concho Artillery's trip to Gettysburg in July 2013 for the battle's 150th anniversary. 

The Concho Cowboy Company will provide entertainment starting at 9 am.

the fort's special display, "Cowboy Culture of the Concho Valley", will be on display at the Barracks 1 Visitor Center from 9 am to 5 pm.
