Choosing Joy

The Laura Bush Institute for Women's Health and Community Medical Center's Health Woman Program present "Choosing Joy" this Thursday evening at the LeGrand Alumni Center Ballroom!Local physicians Dr. Duncan Fischer, Neurologist and Dr. Sharon Kulig, Speech Language Pathologist, will share with us the benefits of living joyfully. Choosing joy may seem like a no-brainer, but to many people today it takes a backseat to the day-to-day problems that demand much of their attention.

Dr. Fischer and Dr. Kulig will talk about the numerous health benefits of cultivating joy in our lives and will offer strategies for increasing happiness and peace, to our benefit and the benefit of those around us.
