It's anybody's guess whether this amazing mid-court stunt shot by a cheerleader at William Carey University in Hattiesburg, Miss, is real, but we sure hope so. Plus, rumor has it that the cheerleader in question also works for Hooters, so that makes her doubly alright in our book.

During halftime at a game between William Carey and Auburn-Montgomery, cheerleader Ashlee Arnau ran toward a ball placed at half-court, did a front flip, grabbed the ball while upside down, then launched it toward the basket for a spectacularly insane shot.

According to AP, the 21-year-old nursing student has been attempting the stunt all season, but this was the first time she was successful at a home game. This was, by the way, Arnau's fifth attempt at making the basket during that particular game. Sorry if that shatters the illusion for you. So sue us.
