Newcomer Chase Bryant has already made a mark in the world of country music. Since signing with Red Bow Records in 2013, he released a debut single ‘Take It on Back,’ which charted in the Top 20 Hot Country Songs. He began touring with Brantley Gilbert in 2015, but decided he's ready to try his hand at being the headliner.

The Take It on Back Tour kicked off on Jan. 30 in Wilmington, North Carolina.

“As we kick off the new year, I’m thrilled to bring our show out to the clubs to connect with my fans on a more personal level,” Bryant tells Billboard. “I wanted to bring the party to you guys and just kick it old school. We’re all fans. We’re all friends. The music is our connection. We’ll all get where we’re going together. That’s the beauty of music.”

He notes that the tour will be the perfect chance for his fans to rock out together. "It’s gonna be fun, it’s gonna be a party,” says Bryant. "This is the first chapter of my book, and I think people will find it defines where they’re at just as much as it defines where I’m at -- because we’re the same -- I’m just the guy with the car."

Adds the rising star, "If I wasn’t, I’d be the guy on the front row with his arm around his girl raising a glass to the guy onstage. No question. It's just who I am. Music is everything.”

Bryant’s headlining tour is just the start of an action-packed year. After wrapping the run in May, he will join Tim McGraw on the Shotgun Rider Tour. He is also booked to perform at the 2015 Taste of Country Music Festival. Visit his website for more information about upcoming shows.
