If it's been a while since you've checked out manufactured or modular homes, then do like I did and drop by Clayton Homes of San Angelo during their grand opening and see what's new. 

Danny Blankenship, the general manager,  met me at the office door along with the Duck Commander Family.

There are so many sizes to choose from.  All the way from 900 up to 2300 square feet of living space.

You can customize the options and floor plans to you and your families needs.

My personal favorite was "The Decision Maker".  What a kitchen layout including an island.

I also enjoyed the ultimate "Red River" model, with it's spacious living room, master bedroom and master bath.

The most amazing thing I learned on my visit was the price of these homes compared to a site built home.

Site built homes currently go for about $120.00 a square foot, however the cost of the manufactured homes I toured are only around $65.00 a square foot.

These homes are quality from top to bottom and side to side.  Best of all they are built to last!
