Angelo State University honored its 2017 Outstanding Graduate Students during the annual Graduate Research Symposium and Awards Ceremony on April 28 in the Houston Harte University Center.

Angelo State University’s Department of Agriculture received a Mirabeau B. Lamar Award for Excellence in Education from the Grand Masonic Lodge of Texas during a ceremony on April 29 at Masonic Lodge Concho #1260 in downtown San Angelo.

HR Onboarding Solutions, a local human resources business, has won the San Angelo Business Plan Competition and its top prize of $25,000 in cash.

Christian Garcia has been selected to receive Angelo State University’s 2017 Presidential Award as the top graduate in his class, while five other ASU graduating seniors have been selected for 2017 Distinguished Student Awards from their respective academic colleges.

An Angelo State International Student wins Alpha Chi Research Awards, the ASU Chamber Choir and Opera Musical Theatre Concert, and Media Students win Statewide Awards!
