Burglar Caught Red Handed!

On February 13, 2014 at approximately 1:00 AM, San Angelo Police were dispatched to Angelo Place Apartments at 1426 Western Court. Dispatch notified officers responding to the call that it was a vehicle burglary and the suspect was still on scene.
It began when one of the witnesses noticed the dome light on in the victim’s vehicle. The witness went and told the victim, who then went to check on his vehicle. On his way to the vehicle the victim confronted the suspect.

The suspect was told the police were being called to the scene. When Officers arrived at the scene they were quickly guided to the suspect.

Tony Moses was arrested for Burglary of a Motor Vehicle and transported to the Tom Green County Jail.
