Bridge to Recovery is working to create a community where people in Recovery have access to multiple resources & supports to meet their individual substance abuse and mental health recovery needs without fear of stigma or discrimination. This event will explore the role of our faith community in supporting the Recovery community.

Representatives from Concho Valley Turning Point will discuss their services and show The Week that Changed the World: A Historian Looks at Easter. The presentation will be followed by time to socialize, enjoy Easter treats, and find out about other faith-based services available in the community. Light refreshments and coffee will be available.

Many of Bridge to Recovery’s member agencies will be available to answer questions and provide information on services, including the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Council for the Concho Valley (ADACCV), the Concho-Valley Rape Crisis Center, the San Angelo Dream Center, MHMR-Concho Valley, Concho Valley Community Supervision and Corrections Department, Workforce Solutions of the Concho Valley, DFPS, Texas Workforce Commission, Children’s Advocacy Center, Esperanza Health and Dental Clinic, DPS Victims Advocacy, Concho Valley Turning Point, and United Way of the Concho Valley.

Any faith-based organization interested in being present to hand out information or anyone in need of further information can contact Chelsea Ashton at (325) 224-3481 or chelseaa@adaccv.org.
