Birthdays For October 7th + It’s Bald And Free Day

If you are celebrating on this date, congratulations.  74 years ago today, country artist, Bill Monroe records for the first time with the Blue Grass Boys, in the Kimball Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia, for RCA Records.  Among the songs they record is, "Mule Skinner Blues".  It's Bald And Free Day!

This day is set aside to honor all those with a beautiful, shiny top.

Please, NO bald jokes today!  They will not be tolerated.  Instead, use this day to cherish and appreciate the freedom that comes from being bald.  While most of us are spending money for hair cuts, shampoos, hair sprays, brushes and combs, the bald guys are saving money and time.

By becoming bald, these guys are finally freed of the worry and fret that the rest of us have of, "Will I lose my hair?" or "Is my hair turning grey?"

If you are married to, or related to a bald headed person be sure and celebrate with them today.
