With the cold forecast of weather today here in the Concho, what a great way to celebrate this day. A big steaming bowl of mom's homemade chicken soup should do the trick. It's been a main stay for years. It's been used as a remedy for colds, flu and good for just about anything that ails you. Remember though, you can't find that kind of healing in a can. It can only be found, in a bowl of mom's homemade chicken soup.

According to the creators of the book series, Chicken Soup for the Soul, this day is a celebration of who you are, where you've been, where you are going, and who you will be thankful to when you get there. Just some thoughts to ponder, as you celebrate today.
