This Is International Waffle Day!!

Chaloner Woods

Politicians tend to waffle on issues and decisions but for the rest of us this is the day to eat waffles.

Waffles date back to the 1300s, when Greeks cooked flat cakes between two metal pans. They topped them with cheese and herbs because pancake syrup wasn't available in those days.

Most folks eat them for breakfast or a snack and an occasional dinner meal. Have some your way today!

Now Let's P-A-R-T-Y!!
