Birthdays For July 7th + Chocolate Day

If this is your birthday, congratulations! You are celebrating along with one of the newest country artists. Maddie Marlow, born in Sugar Land, Texas, in 1995. She becomes one-half of Maddie & Tae, who score a hit in 2014 with their bro-country send-up "Girl In A Country Song". Happy 20th, Maddie! 

This Is Chocolate Day!

Here's a helpful menu plan for today.

Start out with breakfast featuring, your favorite chocolate cereal along with two or three chocolate cream-filled donuts. Wash it down with a little hot chocolate.

A mid-morning snack of a chocolate candy bar.

Lunch should include, a tall glass of chocolate milk along with your meal. Then try a piece of chocolate pie or pudding for dessert.

For your mid-afternoon snack eat healthy with chocolate covered raisins.

For dinner, if you are an adult, sip a chocolate liqueur before dinner. Enjoy chocolate flavored coffee with dinner and of course, a piece of chocolate cake to complete you meal.

Wrap up your day with a late night snack of chocolate ice cream and your day is complete!
