Birthdays For January 26th + Spouses Day

If you are turning a year older today, congratulations.  Here's a couple of country music events that happened on this date.  In 1979-"The Dukes Of Hazzard" TV show debuts on CBS, starring John Schneider, as Bo Duke; Tom Wopat, as Luke Duke; and Waylon Jennings, as The Balladeer. Waylon sings the show's theme song, "Good Ol' Boys".  In 2001-Reba McEntire takes over as Annie Oakley in "Annie Get Your Gun" at Broadway's Marquis Theatre, in New York City.  Tom Wopat is already a regular in the production. 

It's National Spouses Day!!

Today is set aside to enjoy and appreciate your better half.  Use it as a time to show your spouse how much you care and appreciate all of the things he or she does for you and for the household.  Sometimes, over the years in a relationship, you start to take many things your spouse does for granted.  So, do yourself and your spouse a favor today.  Take time to notice all those things and say "thank you".  This should benefit both of you.  You might even "get lucky".
