Potato Chips are America's #1 favorite snack food.  The very first chips  were first made by Chef George Crum in Saratoga Springs, NY on August 24, 1853.

Regular or plain chips,  are by far the most popular. Other popular flavors are barbecue, sour cream & onion, oil & vinegar, and ranch.

This is one day that's easy and fun to celebrate. Just eat em' at lunch, dinner and as a snack!
