How You Can Become A Master Gardener In San Angelo

The Texas A&M Agrilife Extension Service and the Concho Valley Master Gardeners will be providing a Spring Master Gardeners Training Class beginning on Feb. 17th.

The class provides extensive horticultural education opportunities and is great for both experts and beginners. Everyone who participates will have the opportunity to network with other gardeners and work on projects such as the greenhouse for the annual plant sale, Habitat for Humanity landscapes, public education classes, rain barrel workshops and more.

The course is from Feb. 17th - May 19th at the Tom Green County 4-H Center on Hwy 67. Cost is $175.00 which includes a comprehensive gardening textbook, lunches, and other material. Registration deadline to register of February 11th. This course is only offered once per year and you can register by calling the extension office at 659-6522.
