The ASU-SBDC (Angelo State University Small Business Development Center) is excited to host the training event “Basics of Business Entities: How to Choose the Right Legal Structure for Your Business” this Thursday, November 13^th at 6:00p.m. for $15.00.At this seminar you will learn the basics of the different types of legal structures and how you can compare them. They will cover what you need to consider such as liability, taxes, duration, complexity, and costs of the different legal structures to help you make the best decision for your business.
