ASU ROTC Commissioning Ceremony

Angelo State University’s Air Force ROTC Detachment 847 will host its Spring Commissioning Ceremony for eight graduating cadets this Friday, May 9, in the Houston Harte University Center, 1910 Rosemont Drive.
The ceremony will begin at 10 a.m. in the University Center’s C.J. Davidson Conference Center and is open free to the public.  The guest speaker will be Air Force Lt. Gen. Ronnie Hawkins, an ASU alumnus.  The dress code for military personnel attending is uniform of the day.

ASU cadets to be commissioned as second lieutenants in the U.S. Air Force are: Chance Aycock of Ballinger; Perry Byrd; Chaise Corp of Del Rio; Brett Estes of Cleveland, Texas; Austin Miller of San Angelo; Marcus Nellums of Galveston; Cameron Simon of Dublin, Texas; and Evan Walters of Boerne.
