Are 3D Movies Here to Stay?

The International 3D Society, in a recent poll conducted with 1,011 Americans over the age of 18, says that 52 percent of those respondents have purchased tickets to at least one 3-D movie in the last three years.Of those polled, 71 percent said 3D is better than regular 2D.  Around three out of ten called their 3D experience "incredible".

Some people report getting headaches while watching 3D.  Other folks, say they just don't see the difference.

Regardless of how you feel, there are several 3D movies coming out this summer and through the remainder of the year.  They include:  The Avengers, Men in Black 3, The Amazing Spiderman, Prometheus, Katy Perry: Part of Me, and The Great Gatsby.
