Angelo State University’s Club Café coffeehouse-style entertainment series will present the singer/songwriter twins Ty and Trey Turner, known as The Icarus Account, at 7:30 p.m. this Wednesday, April 22, in the Houston Harte University Center, 1910 Rosemont Drive.

Sponsored by the University Center Program Council, The Icarus Account will perform in the University Center’s C.J. Davidson Conference Center. The doors will open at 7 p.m. with admission prices of $2 for ASU students and $5 for the general public at the door.

The Turners learned piano and violin as children, but it was the guitar that was their turning point. They founded their band The Icarus Account in 2006 and they have been living their dream as professional musicians ever since, specializing in writing acoustic pop songs that strike an emotional chord with their listeners. The Florida-based duo has released seven albums: “Hold On For Dear Life,” “Mayday,” “Love Is The Answer,” “Sunshine and Rain,” “Keeper Of Your Heart,” “Carry Me Home” and “Girls Like You.”
