All Around the Campfire at the Lake Colorado City Park

Enjoy Camp Fire Games and Songs at the Lake Colorado City State Park 6:00pm-8:00pm this Saturday, January 23rd!

Gather around the campfire for stories, education, entertainment and more. Learn some history of gathering around a fire and then there will be lots of fun with campfire games and songs. The program concludes with a night hike that includes a solo walk in the dark for those that are brave enough!

If you would like to cook s’mores or hotdogs while stories are being told,  you can bring your own supplies and enjoy.

The campfire itself is weather depending. If winds are to high or it is raining the event will be moved indoors .

There is no cost for the program however you will still need to pay daily entrance fees of $4 per adult and children 12 and under are free.   If you have a valid Texas State Park Pass there is no charge.
