The Area Agency on Aging of the Concho Valley strives to provide information, assistance, and services to the older citizens of Coke County. AAA staff will be presenting Open Enrollment and be available to help seniors on an individual basis this Wednesday, Oct. 16,from 10:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. at the Robert Lee Senior Center 1402 County Park Rd. in Robert Lee, and from11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at the Bronte Senior Center 613 E. Oliver St. in Bronte.

Needing to learn more about services offered? “Answers on Aging” is designed to provide information about services and programs available to older individuals. Needing to apply for services? Staff will be available to assist you with any questions you may have. Programs that are housed in the Area Agency on Aging include: Advocacy (Texas Silver Haired Legislature), Benefits Counseling, Care Coordination, Caregiver Support, Ombudsman Program (Advocates for Long-Term Care Residents), and 2-1-1 Texas of the Concho Valley (Information and Referral for health and human services). A wide variety of printed information regarding each program and related information will also be available.
