49th Terlingua International Chili Championship

The 49th Terlingua International Chili Championship will be at Rancho CASI de los Chisos on November 5th-7th!

The best chili cooks will be competing for the International Championship and the best show teams will be competing for the show championship in 3 different categories.

You are invited to the biggest, and best, chili cookoff on the planet! Judges will be needed for CASI Scholarship Day on Friday, November 6th. You can judge Hot Buffalo Wings, beans, and salsa during the day, and enjoy great music from Texas Legend Larry Joe Taylor on Friday Night!

Saturday, November 7th, you can judge the Finest Chili in the World and check out all the fun, games, music, more from the World's Greatest Show Teams! You'll have to see it to believe it!

Bring your tent, truck or motor home and camp out while you enjoy all the fun.
Admission is $40.00 per person for the entire week, or $20.00 per day.
Active Military is $30.00 per person for the week when you present your ID at the gate.
